Shipping & Returns

Your receipt of an electronic, or other form of, order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If applicable, your order will be refunded in the original form of payment. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge and notify you that your order was canceled.

Returns Policy for Retail Customers

How do I return an item?

1st email us at:, subject "return" to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include the printed email containing the RMA# and include that with your full name, address, phone number, email address and reason for return along with the returned merchandise. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and must be received by Camille's Closet within seven days of receipt of RMA#.

Store Credit:
Returns are accepted for store credit on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, and with ALL tags attached, if applicable. We do not offer returns on pierced jewelry, lingerie, loungewear or underwear and swimwear and all sale and/or sample sale items are final sale. 

Once your package has been received by, your store credit will be processed within five business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. This notification email will  include your store credit authorization information. does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD).

Trunkshow Orders: 
Once a Trunkshow is closed and the preorder accepted, we will not be able to make changes to the order. This includes size changes, style changes, quantities, etc. We will try to accommodate late preorder requests, but this is purely at the discretion of Camille's Closet. As soon as the preorder has been placed and the Trunkshow has closed, it cannot be canceled unless the shipment is unavoidably delayed. In this case, we will do our best to cancel the order if requested. Any delays, production changes, or cancellations will be communicated to the customer as soon as it is confirmed. Any other cancellation requests are at the discretion of Camille's Closet, and may only be refunded as store Credit.

Exchanges for another size if available are free. To exchange an item, simply specify the new size you require at the time of requesting your RMA and follow the instructions above. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately. 

Refund on Damaged/Defective Goods "Only": takes great care in inspecting each item before shipping. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or like item exchange. Please note: We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. 

Any items designated as SALE, SAMPLE SALE OR FINAL SALE are not returnable. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges when available.


U.S. Domestic shipping only.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

Following credit authorization and verification through paypal, you will ship within 1-2 within business days. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy for Wholesale Customers

* All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. 
* Only exchanges and merchandise credit will be allowed. 
* Return Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all items being returned.
* RMA# request for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging. There is a 20% restocking fee on ALL RETURNING MERCHANDISE FOR CREDIT after 5 days. 
* Items must be returned within 3 days of receiving your RMA#. There is a 20% restocking fee on ALL RETURNING MERCHANDISE FOR CREDIT after 3 days.
* It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit. 
* Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages). 

* Items returned after 15 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted. 

How to Return or Exchange:

1. Information required for Return/Exchange: 
* Company Name
* Contact Name
* E-mail Address
* Invoice #
* Order Date
* Style# for Return/Exchange Item
* Quantity for Each Style#
* Reason for Return/Exchange
* Pictures for items if damaged

2. E-mail the above information to receive an RA# for your Return/Exchange.

3. Once RMA# is acquired, ship the item(s) to Camille's Closet within 3 business days.

4. Upon receiving your Return/Exchange item(s), a representative from Camille's Closet 
will contact you via E-mail, or Phone for final confirmation.
